TERMNS AND CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASING GOODS IN THE MadeByMePatterns STORE
GENERAL INFORMATION
1. The store operating at www.madebymepatterns.com (hereinafter referred to as the "MadeByMePatterns Store") sells digital goods via the Internet.

3. The party making purchases in the MadeByMePatterns Store ("Customer") may only be an adult natural person or an organizational unit that is not a legal person, to which the law grants legal capacity or a legal person.
4. The Seller reserves the right to place advertisements on the website of the MadeByMePatterns Store regarding the goods offered, as well as goods and services of third parties.
5. To make purchases, the Customer must use computer equipment with Internet access and an installed web browser.

1. All goods offered in the MadeByMePatterns Store are unique products made on the of creative designs, the copyrights of which belong exclusively to the Seller or third parties.

ORDERS
1. When placing an order, the Customer provides the data necessary to complete the order.

a. the total price of the goods selected by them,
b. the total cost of delivery of the goods selected by them,
c. any other possible costs related to the completion of the order.
3. The MadeByMerPatterns Store begins processing the order upon receipt of payment for the order.
PAYMENT AND SHIPPING

INFORMATION ON EXERCISING THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT

COMPLAINTS

6. If the repair or replacement of the goods is not possible or is significantly difficult, the Seller - based on arrangements with the Customer - will return the equivalent of the price of the goods or offer other goods available in the MadeByMePatterns Store.
